Uploaded content: You may upload home inspection PDF files for processing. We extract and analyze the text content of these documents to generate summary reports.

Usage data: We collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog to understand how our service is used. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve the product experience.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly — Stripe handles all payment information securely.

  • Process uploaded inspection PDFs and generate summary reports with cost estimates
  • Manage your account and subscription
